Need money for college?

RTFCU members are eligible to apply for our credit union’s scholarship program and the New York Credit Union Association scholarship program. RTFCU's scholarship program winner will be awarded a $250 scholarship. The New York Credit Union Association's awards range from $250 to $1,500. Both programs will be paid jointly to the student and the educational institution.

Scholarship Eligibility

The applicant must be a RTFCU member and meet all of the following criteria:

• The member must be a college bound high school senior at the time of application.
• The member will be attending college for the first time in the fall.
• The member will be enrolled in either a two-year or four-year accredited educational institution.
• The member agrees to use any scholarship funds awarded only at an accredited educational institution.
