Nominations for Board of Directors The Annual Meeting of members for Rome Teachers Federal Credit Union will be held Monday, January 29, 2018 at 5:00 pm in the lobby of the credit union. The Nominating Committee has selected candidates for vacant positions on the Board of Directors. The following nominees, who are currently board members, have been selected by the committee to fill available seats, each for a three year term starting January 2018. Frank Martinez Rocco Migliori Naz Fiore Tracy Worden Those members not selected by the Nominating Committee who wish to serve on the Board of Directors may seek nomination by petition. The credit union’s secretary must receive petitions by November 10, 2017 and the petition must contain: 1) Signatures by one percent of the membership with a minimum of 35 and a maximum of 500. 2) A nominee statement indicating the willingness to serve as well as a brief list of qualifications and biographical data. Any interested member may pick up an Official Volunteer Board Candidate Packet at the credit union. All elections are determined by plurality vote unless there is more than one nominee per vacancy. There will be no nominations from the floor, unless there have been no nominations by the Nominating Committee or by petition.
